Keep the recurring program under control.
Manage obligations, sampling coordination, records, reports, corrective actions and renewals across the portfolio.
StormClerk runs the recurring operating work behind multi-site industrial water compliance. We keep obligations, due dates, records, sampling coordination, reporting packages and follow-up from getting lost between sites, spreadsheets, consultants and inboxes.
Current commercial focus: multi-site industrial stormwater, beginning with selected Texas operators.
The new Texas industrial stormwater MSGP took effect August 14, 2026. Existing permittees have a 90-day renewal window. StormClerk can inventory coverage, flag SWPPP updates, assign owners, and build the operating calendar that starts after renewal. We do not manufacture sampling urgency where the permit does not require it.
The operating layer
StormClerk is not a replacement for your EHS team, laboratory, engineer or attorney. We sit between them and the calendar: organizing what has to happen, following it through, preserving the evidence, and escalating the exceptions that need technical judgment.
How it works
The process is straightforward on purpose. The value is in making sure it happens the same way, every time, across every site.
Turn permits and plans into a site-by-site list of obligations, owners and dates.
Assign the next action, follow up on missing work and keep the cycle moving.
Bring results, inspections, records and document versions back into one file.
Route technical or legal issues to the person qualified to decide them.
Document completion, update the record and prepare the next cycle before it is due.
Built around three situations
StormClerk is built around the situations that create the most administrative drag in industrial water compliance. The current sales focus is recurring stormwater operations; other work is scoped only where the right technical and legal support is in place.
Manage obligations, sampling coordination, records, reports, corrective actions and renewals across the portfolio.
When compliance breaks, organize owners, deadlines, evidence and closure around the plan set by counsel and technical specialists.
Inventory water obligations, normalize records and responsibilities, and build the first operating calendar after a site change.
Who it fits
The best fit is a multi-site industrial company with capable people in the field but no single, adequately staffed corporate function owning the stormwater operating cycle end to end.
You may already have EHS staff. StormClerk is useful when those people are stretched across too many sites and priorities.
You may already have software. We can work inside the tools you use. The point is follow-through, not another dashboard.
You may already have consultants and labs. We keep the routine work moving and bring specialists in when the issue actually needs specialist judgment.
